I own a Richardson box I bought from a friend. It has the new nylon straps that I don't like. The old boxes came with the woven cotton straps with metal buckles and tips. If anyone has one to sell, I'd greatly appreciated. Or, if you know how I could have the straps made, I'd love a link to whomever provides that service.

What you want is 1" cotton webbing which is available by the yard from many sources on the Internet.
Strapworks doesn't sell cotton webbing, but they sell the metal hardware like sliders & snap clips and 1" metal webbing tips.
If you have access to a sewing machine, the rest is easy OR try asking the local dry cleaner/tailor to sew on the snap clips.
Another option is to call Strapworks and ask them IF they have access to cotton webbing because they will fabricate custom straps.
