Saw a few of these today in Somerset County. Pic is of a hitchhiker. Never had much time to fish during the spring but now that I have more time really trying to focus on what I’m seeing. Was large at least size 10. Is MB the correct assumption?

I'm definitely not an expert, but 10 seems big to me for a March Brown. Brown Drake, maybe? I don't trust Google to get me there and I gifted a pocket-size book for ID'ing PA flies to one of my sons, so I don't have one.

Isonychia.

I think you're right. It's been too long since I've looked at an isonychia that close.

Thanks all. Sounds like brown drake it is. I saw a lot of internet picks very similar labeled as March Brown but the size was what confused me.
Sorry, but that is not a Brown Drake. If you look at the pic Sandfly posted of a Brown Drake, you will see dark spots on the wing. The bug in your pick does not have those spots. It is certainly not a March Brown. March Browns/Grey Fox also have spots on the wing that your bug doesn't. Look here and let us know what you think after: Dark Green Drake
