Hello everyone. Richard Walter here. I go by [WR] online, which is a contraction of wanderingrichard. I'm on several other sites as either wanderingrichard or [WR].
Grew up in Mifflinburg in Union county. Left for the army in 76 and never really came back. Had a long 30+ career of supporting our troops and our country around the world. Even had some humanitarian relief work during that time. Currently rebuilding the family home in town, and between contractors, I'm getting back into fishing the creeks lakes and streams I remember from my youth. Look forward to meeting some of you on the water.
