Clarion River parking guy

Hello, I live between Ridgway and Johnsonburg PA, my property is right on the Clarion River. I have lived here, in total, from 1983, being gone for 20 yrs while in the Army. Been living here full time since 2004. Seen many changes to the Clarion, most for the better. When I was a kid, you couldn't get within 100ft of the river without being overwhelmed by the stench of the Paper Mill.
I saw another thread where people were looking for where to park so they can access the river. This is even a greater problem now then it was when that thread was made. PENNDOT has blocked off several spots with guardrails; other owners have posted no parking signs. Other used spots have seen cars vandalized.
there is not one owner of all the land between Ridgway and Burg, there are several, I am one of them. The person mentioned who fired a weapons over ppl's heads I believe is now dead.
I cannot accept that so many of my neighbors want to try and deny the ability for people to fish or recreate in the river. To that end- and to keep with Group Rules i will not be specific-- I have been offering the ability for people to park in our driveway, where it is safe and off the highway, and to enter the river on foot to fish, boat or tube. Many people launch a drift boat in Burg and leave the river here after parking their 2nd vehicle here

so, I observe a good bit of what goes on in the river- for example how just 2 daysa go and for the 7th year in a row, a helicopter comes and drops BT pellets in the river to kill off the mosquito and black fly larvae. This of course, as an effect on food supply for the fish. It is strange though, the Fish Warden knows nothing about this, yet I have pictures.
One half of the State bureaucracy does not know what the others are doing.
