Thanks for that video. It brings back lots of memories for me as Livingston was my second home during the 18 summers that my wife and I spent our summers in the valley south of town. My wife sometimes got pasties for our dinner that she bought at the local Albertson’s, but I was always a bit skeptical as to the kind of meat they put in them.😃

TBH, it just pop into my YT feed. I found another episode a few weeks back that I had also never seen before. These episodes appeared to be recently uploaded on the Anthony Bourdain Parts Unknown YT channel. It makes me realize how much of his content I haven't actually seen!
