If you see something wrong in the area (mellewis@pa.gov) is the areas DEP rep I've emailed her several times already especially 2 yrs ago when I was the only one to see the middle of the night dump 4:30 am ,that was ridiculous I couldn't see my toes in a foot of water by the time the rest of the world woke up it was in Ridgway and the river looked cloudy and was reported by the owner of Lazer river canoe rentals,

Looked to me like fine paper pulp stinks also

Back in late March or so the river turned red from a release however no dead fish were seen
