Sage 705

Hello, I recently purchased an old Sage 705 made by Loop. I am looking for a bit more history on the reel, as from what I can find is very little. I was also wondering if there are any loop compatible spools, because I don’t think I will ever find a spare! Andy info is appreciated!

Daniellson produced the 705 for Sage, and also produced the Loop 1.5 for Loop tackle design. Loop 1.5 spools should fit. I am aware that Daniellson marketed the 2 size for a while, but don't know if they ever directly sold the 1.5. Remember to relax the tension screw when the reel is not in use to avoid compressing the roillers and creating a "flat spot"
