The Lehigh has been fishing well for smallies...I tried sending you a couple PM's about other stuff already, not sure if they went through or not. Either way shoot me a PM...
 
The area of the Delaware around Morrisville is hit or miss, but when you hit it 30 fish in a few hours is nothing.
 
tohickon above and below noxie, Delaware from frenchytown to center bridge (263) is a great area and might hit a few tiger trout too. wake a muddler through the current edges this time of year. shad imitations work as well as an all white deceiver with silver Mylar. tinicum creek if there is water. neshaminy creek too. north branch neshaminy above peace valley park.
 
PM me with a location on the Perk. I've been fishing 3 or 4 spots all summer and having a blast. I've only run into 3 other FF. I'm surprised we haven't bumped into each other.
