I don't disagree that the PFBC and it's stocking program needs to be managed more efficiently. All my postings in this thread are from a standpoint that I understand WHY they treat the stocking program the way they do, not that I agree with it.
The author of the article makes good points. I told him when he posted here that I agree with his message but not the extremist style tactics he uses to convey it. All I am saying is don't get upset at his talking points without doing some research first. He might be right, or he might be making a mountain out of a mole hill. I don’t know and have always meant to look into the details of the money in question used for this project but haven't made the time to sit down and do it yet.
All I know is that talking about school taxes in relation to this is probably a waste of time as these funds likely have nothing to do with that. Maybe this money was earmarked for some kind of infrastructure project and they wrote a grant for it. Happens all the time and is not PFCBs fault they applied for money that was being offered. Again, I am just shooting at the hip, I don’t have facts.
